Movement coaching includes sit-down conversations and professional support in goal-setting, progress-tracking, accountability, mindset coaching, basic exercise technique support, nutrition coaching, and more.
Personal Training is an add-on service to movement coaching. It allows for additional support, accountability, intra-workout coaching, and exercise technique support.
Initial Assessments (75 min, $150) are required for all new clients.
All Initial Assessments include a custom training plan.
